Kristen J. Ishihara has been a practicing attorney inLongview, Texas since 2006.

She graduated from Baylor Law School with honors and lives in Longview with herhusband Richard and two children, Lucas & Brianna. They are active membersof Motion
Church.

Kristen was elected Mayor of the City of Longviewin 2024.

She is a founding member of the East Texas Alzheimer’s Alliance, Longview PAWS, the Longview Community Foundation and the Greater Longview Estate Planning Council.She is a past President of the Junior League of Longview, the Zonta Club of Longview and the Gregg County Bar Association.

Christopher A. Parker

Chris is an elder law attorney, a member of the National Association of Elder Law attorneys, and licensed to practice in Texas. 

Chris is married to Danieli Parker who is Director of Innovation and Instructional Technology for Hallsville ISD. They have three children Jacob, Audrey, and Jackson.

Chris is a former felony prosecutor in Gregg County where he represented the victims of the community for over a decade. He prosecuted hundreds of cases and represented many of the most vulnerable members of our community. 

Chris and his family attend service at Motion Church. Chris and his family are involved in local soccer, rugby and wrestling leagues. Chris serves on the Adult Protective Services, Community Connections, and Alzheimer’s Alliance board for our community.

Chris Botto

Chris is an associate attorney at Ishihara and Parker handling all aspects of Estate Planning, Probate and Elder Law. He has been licensed to practice in Texas since 2008.

Since 2014, Chris has volunteered as the head rugby coach at Letourneau University for both the Men’s and Women’s teams. In 2025 and 2026 he helped lead the LeTourneau Women to Washington D.C. to compete for a National Title.

Chris is a former Felony Chief Prosecutor and First Assistant Criminal District Attorney where he represented the State of Texas, victims of the community, and sought justice in thousands of cases. He was also a Special Assistant United States Attorney where he represented the Federal Government against local criminal defendants.

In addition to coaching rugby, Chris volunteers as the teaching attorney for Teen Court. He is a past President of the Board for Teen Court and Gregg County Community Partners.

Jordan has worked for Chris and Kristen for 5 years serving as Chris Parker’s Legal Assistant. She has a daughter named Sadie. She has been attending Motion Church for 9 years and enjoy volunteering there weekly. Jordan also enjoys reading and traveling when she has the time.

Kamekia has worked under Kristen Ishihara’s leadership for 8 years serving as her legal assistant. She has 3 children: Jizaiah, Monzell and Sa’Mia that are her pride and joy.

Kamekia is passionate about helping people in any way possible. She likes to travel in her free time. Kamekia is God fearing and attends church at The House of Refuge Ministries.

Ana has three children: Hunter, Hayden, and Hayes, that she adores. They keep her busy playing baseball, football, and soccer. Ana is very devoted to helping others and volunteering. She enjoys working out, reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family in spare time. Ana and her family attend Walnut Creek Baptist Church.

Office Administrator

Alexis joined the firm in 2024. Alexis came from a background in veterinary medicine but wanted to broaden her knowledge in other fields. Alexis has been married for almost 5 years to Cole, has 3 children: Cari, Kaison, and Aspen, and has 3 dogs: Popeye, Smooch, and Tequila. Alexis adores her family and most of her free time is spent with them. Alexis enjoys reading and helping at the local Pet Emergency clinic when she is able.

Alicia came from a back ground of family law and customer service. Alicia is an active member of LifeBridge Christian Center and serves in the women's ministry, Empower. Alicia finds great joy in being able to encourage and uplift others. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and staying involved in community service through ministry.

Janie comes from a background in customer service and prides herself on her ability to connect with others. Outside of work, Janie loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking with her dogs, bass fishing, reading, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

As a passionate animal advocate, she dedicates her time to volunteering and fostering animals in need. Janie is also a proud member of Revive Church and values being part of a community that shares her commitment to service.
